Zerubia, “a tiny village of shepherds”
Zerubia, surrounded by mountains and chestnut groves, is the smallest village of the Alta Rocca. The village includes bread ovens, chestnuts dryers from the XVth century and has 19 monuments on the list of the French historic monuments. Sheepfolds are still there, because pastoralism was the first richness of the village.
